Hi, I have gotten a 2 star feedback from a customer because Amazon shipped their item without putting it in a box. They slapped a label right on the product box and sent it. The customer complained because now their kids saw the gift right on the porch. Amazon also refused to remove the feedback even though it violates their guidelines for feedback that is left on a merchant's account that shouldn't be "- The entire feedback comment is regarding fulfillment or customer service for an order fulfilled by Amazon." How should I handle this problem? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
