Now the housing situation in Refugee Town isn't the best. Most people live in tents, but some managed to build themselves their own little huts. All of the houses are low quality so don't expect anything better.

Every week on Monday a fresh supply of food comes straight from the farms. It goes quickly so you have to get there early in order to even get food, sometimes people give some of their extra food to it so you might luck out any other time in the week as well.

Refugee Town
This is basically where the people who don't live on their own, and can't live in Lilac City go. It was originally just a camp, but eventually it became a run down little town. There are even a few merchants to bye things from.
